Sirius of the Week for May 13 - 19, 2007
Our star this week is Sandy.
Sandy and Friend
And her person-mom writes,
Sandy came to us during a terrible storm. She was in bad shape
with brused ribs. We opened the front door, she ran in the house,
seemed to know where to go -- the living room. Where she jumped right
up on my teenage daughter's lap. As if she knew her. We found Sandy's
owners, but sadly they denied that she was even their dog.
Even though the vet confirmed she was their dog,
We took this as a sign because
we were grieving for our Maltese "Buttons," who had recently died.
We took her home renamed her, Sandy. We loved her and
nursed her back to health. For 1 1/2 years she seemed so depressed.
Then one day she
snapped out of it and was happy.
Happy Now!
We love her very much. She is
obsessed with us throwing her a ball, loves to chase her ball!
She dances on 2 legs, and, boy can she jump! One thing... Does
anyone know what breed she is?
But I don't know what breed I am!
