Sirius of the Week for February 19 - 25, 2006
This week our star is Buster, a year old, 45 pound, male pit bull (fixed), who is looking
for a permanent home.
He currently lives with his foster family who says he plays with other dogs and socializes
with them when on his leash. He loves chew toys, sterilized bones, and raw hides. Buster
is a very energetic dog and needs a lot of exercise. But he is also affectionate
and loves to cuddle on the couch.

Buster recently
spent some time boating on the Potomac. He watched his canine-brother
Pooh jump in; however, Buster was not quite ready to join him in the
water yet! But his mom says that in a few more trips, he'll
probably love swimming.

Buster went out again, but still wouldn't go in the water!
