Sirius of the Week for March 5 - 11, 2000.
Lincoln was born on Lincoln's Birthday, 1999, so he's just barely
a year old. His Mom was a Collie, Dad was a German Shepard, and
Lincoln has the best qualities of both. He has a large back yard
where he runs laps, digs holes, chases squirrels, and catches balls.
It's a busy life. He was supposed to be a guard dog, but he loves
everyone he sees and is just too sweet to threaten anyone.
He shares the house with 7 cats, and does not understand
why they won't wrestle with him. He picks Katie (a calico) up by her
head once in a while, but she usually yells at him until he puts her
down. He has given his owner nothing but love and laughter and she
is grateful he chose her to live with.
