Sirius of the Week for December 16 - 22, 2001

Dakota is a 3 1/2 year old, Pointer/Springer Spaniel mix. She lives with her humans, her canine "sibling" Trixie, and the cats.


She enjoys swimming in a lake near her humans' home. She paddles around the geese and ducks, who seem don't seem to mind her joining them. Dakota loves the water so much, her people bought her a little kiddy pool, so she can splash around even when she can't go to the lake. Dakota also enjoys running and playing with her canine friends.
